Day 6: tougherer than tough day out

Gavin will update his blog each day before the event, providing insights, tips, frustrations and dreams as he goes along.

Part of the methodology of getting through such a grueling event, is to have a purpose and goal to reach. Very often the athlete “Hits the Wall”, a phycological event that spells disaster and can end your race. Keeping a healthy mind and purpose can help the athlete get through this.

Gavin’s task will be to think up each day his blog, and submit it here in realtime at the end of each grueling day.
